Please ensure all physical materials are in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the physical resources in their original packaging, ensuring all components are included and the Return Authorization number is clearly marked on the exterior.
Ship the Items
Send your package to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned materials, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
